The analysis of patterns of gene expression

Following the production of a 3D digital atlas of zebrafish development is a study of the genes and what expression patterns they have; here were refer to 3D patterns of gene expression studied by means of 3D imaging techniques. Our main focus is on using Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy (CLSM).

Gene Expression Management System (GEMS)

The gene expression management system is designed and developed for the storage and retrieval of patterns of gene expression in zebrafish. [GEMS Browser]
