In the table below you find a list of 3D reconstruction models of zebrafish embryo at different stages of development: 24, 36, 48 and 72 hpf. For each reconstruction model, you can either browse to all identified structures by following the link to view all the predefined structures or query for structures of interest based on the Developmental Anatomy Ontology of Zebrafish (DAOZ). You can also find more information about the model by following the link provided in the model information column. The reconstruction models contains information of structures identified by the specialists in the area. Please read through the instructions before using the applet.
