Animations of the Zebrafish Embryo
The atlas data are presented on the internet using a Java applet.
These animations illustrate some of the ways the data can be seen and manipulated
in the 3D view of the atlas browser. The file formats are generally used on internet,
and therefore anybody should be able to view these animations without installing additional
software.
